☐ NO DIVING ALLOWED - Shallow water can cause serious spinal injuries, paralysis, or death. This includes jumping headfirst from pool deck, furniture, or structures.
☐ CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED - Children under 18 must be actively supervised by a responsible adult within arm’s reach at all times when in or near the pool area.
☐ NO RUNNING - Pool decks are slippery. Walk carefully around all pool and property areas.
☐ NO GLASS CONTAINERS - Glass bottles, glasses, or containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in pool area and surrounding deck/patio spaces.
☐ NO ALCOHOL IN POOL - No alcoholic beverages allowed while in the water. Consumption on deck/patio only with responsible limits.
☐ POOL CAPACITY LIMITS - Maximum occupancy: _____ people in pool at one time. (Host to specify based on pool size)
☐ POOL EQUIPMENT OFF-LIMITS - Do not touch, adjust, or operate pool pumps, heaters, lights, or chemical systems. Report any issues to Host immediately.
☐ NO ROUGH PLAY - Wrestling, dunking, or aggressive play that could cause injury is prohibited.
☐ FLOTATION DEVICES - Personal flotation devices welcome, but do not replace active supervision. Host is not responsible for providing safety equipment.
